Match Report from Cory Sunderland
Was a hard fought game against Globe Rangers, they scored early against the run of play and then after a lovely ball from midfield Matt Friskey lobbed the keeper from just outside the box (he admitted after the game it was a miss hit). Just before half time Dave Price delivered a lovely ball to Matt Friskey who cushion headed the ball to Cory Sunderland to slot home.

After half time Globe pulled back an early goal and then about 15 minutes from time scored another, although it did look from the bench that our keeper was taken out by a Globe player. This left us with a mountain to climb, but with seconds to spare Matt Friskey broke free and slotted home to save the draw.

Graham Surry (Vets Manager) said 'I asked for maximum effort today, absolutely first class from all of you. When we play like that I am proud to be a Vampire we kept on playing until the end, brilliant lads'.
